Comedy Then and Now
LATTE’s Comedy Then and Now was inspired by and contained timeless skits of the kings and queens of comedy, namely Robin Williams, Carol Burnett, and Bill Cosby. It also contained a few old “viral videos”, as well as the commercial parody, SUPERDEX, created by Alyssa Pfluger and a vignette of Nick Edinger’s show to come; Second Helpings of Cyanide. There are 10 skits total, and each shows that, though comedy “shtick” has changed a tad through the years, the laughter tends to ring out the same with this off beat, surprising material.
